THE BIG INVISIBLE WALL that separates us from God - O GRANDE MURO INVISÍVEL que nos separa de Deus

This photograph of the Berlin Wall was taken from the West side. The Wall was built in 1961 to prevent
East Germans from fleeing and to stop an economically disastrous drain of
workers to the West. It was a symbol of the Cold War and its fall in 1989 marked
the approaching end of a war where there was little visible large scale
fighting. Walls separate. We ourselves can build walls. We can willingly wall us
in and cause other people to move away from us or we may be walled in without
being aware of it by our words or decisions. Any way there is a BIG INVISIBLE WALL
that SEPARATES US FROM GOD and from Eternity with Him. It is built by our rebellious,
godless thoughts, attitudes, feelings, actions, our sins, even if we are
unaware of it. The Berlin Wall was torn down by people to bring people from
both sides together. THE BIG INVISIBLE WALL
cannot be torn down by people. This Big Wall exists, but since it IS SPIRITUAL,
we are unable to see it or touch it. We are unable to pull it down with our
hands. It remains in our lives, UNNOTICED, separating us from God, unless we ask
JESUS, Emmanuel, GOD WITH US, to pull it down in our personal spiritual life.
Just because you don’t see it, it doesn’t mean it isn’t there. It is precisely
because it is there that you find it difficult to believe there is a Creator of
everything and that a Big Personal Decision must be taken by you relating Him.
Are we going to decide to remain AWAY FROM GOD or are we going to SEARCH FOR
HIM the same way we long for happiness and success throughout life? Which comes
first for us? God’s Will or our will? HIS WAY or OUR WAY? HIS TERMS or OUR
TERMS? Priorities in life define us. Do you wish to remain AT WAR WITH GOD? THE
BIG INVISIBLE WAR is there in your life. Having a religion is not enough to
pull it down. This separation CAN only BE PULLED DOWN by your decision to
WELCOME CHRIST IN YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE. “the world was
made through Him, yet the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and
His own people did
not receive Him. But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He
gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor
of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” Gospel of John 1:10-13
You don’t need to contact us, but you need to ask Christ to pull down The
Big Invisible Wall that separates you from Him. CHRIST is God and Man too, GOD MADE VISIBLE with flesh, bones, muscles, skin, like you and me.
OBut He is the only person that was born with NO SIN in His DNA, because He has no human father. That makes JESUS THE ONLY
MEDIATOR that can re-establish our FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD.
This huge invisible wall of separation we have been talking about is so real
that many people don’t even understand they were CREATED IN GOD's IMAGE. They do not get it, They toss aside the reality we all are created
by God and bear HIS UNIQUE SIGNATURE in our unique FINGERPRINTS and in our
unique complex DNA code in our blood, nails, skin, teeth, hair…However, being created by
God is not enough. You need to relate with Him as a Child, with no walls in between
or GOD will remain away from you, still A FOREIGNER TO YOU. Hopefully Judgement Day
will NOT be the day you first meet Him, because if it is, there will still be
THE BIG WALL separating you from Him. In that case you will find out too late
that “the wages of sin is death”, that is, eternal death, separation from God FOREVER, no going back. But now that you are
reading this, you still have the opportunity to get to know the second part of
Romans 8:23 “but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Agape is the kind of love granted by God to men.
“For God so loved the world that he
gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but
have eternal life.”
God even loves people that will never reciprocate; they will
never love Him back or accept His undeserved
Gift of Eternal Life with Him. But some will! Are you one of those?
It’s up to us to make the decision to love Him as Saviour and also serve Him as Lord.
