UMA MOEDA TEM 2 LADOS - DEUS É AMOR INCONDICIONAL E JUSTIÇA PERFEITA- GOD IS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND PERFECT JUSTICE

GOD's WRATH and GOD's LOVE are two sides of His Character
we have to get acquainted with and come to terms with.

HE IS THE RIGHTEOUS ONE, so sin is not in His Presence, ever.

If we don't understand how much GOD ABHORRS SIN
we won't understand how great His Love is by providing Salvation from eternal condemnation to EVERYONE that reaches out to Him in Christ, by faith. SALVATION IS FREE, gratis, not based on any human, personal merit. There is one condition: REPENTANCE and SUBMITTING TO CHRIST's WILL and not our own.

SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF GOD'S LAW, so COMMITTING  SIN is a personal REBELLION AGAINST GOD and an act of submission to satan's wickedness, giving him rule over man's life

TRUTH and the fulfilled Bible phophecies

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23

Is TRUTH created?   Is Truth relative?
It is our perspective of Truth that may change.
Absolute Truth doesn’t change.
Personal, subjective approaches to Truth vary.

The Bible is not mythology. It does not depend on personal opinions. It stands on its own.
39 different writers from different time eras and generations, 15 hundred years apart, from different continents, languages, educational backgrounds, occupations , all wrote about who God is and how He acts, in a uniformed manner, with over 40 Old Testament prophecies fulfilled  in Christ in the New Testament.
Mere Chance? Impossible! Those many prophecies by different writers, of different generations predicted on the Messiah's life and mission converged upon the same person: Christ Jesus!

Let us consider a few phophecies:
It was predicted by the poet in Psalm 22: 18 that Jesus clothes would be gambled for (1400 B.C.)

"They divide my garments among themselves and throw dice for my clothing."
  •  Jesus’ birthplace was given by  Micah ( lived between 750-686 BC-750 B.C.) referring that His origin was from long, long ago.
"But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah are the smallest town in Judah.Your family is almost too small to count, but the “Ruler of Israel” will come from you to rule for me. His beginnings are from ancient times, from long, long ago."        Micah 5:1-2
  • By 700 BC, Isaiah prophesied,

" Therefore, the Lord will give you a sign. The young virgin woman is pregnant and is about to give birth to a son, and she will name him Immanuel.*" ( *God with Us)." Isaiah 7:14

Isaiah pointed out the Messiah would come "To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house." Isaiah 42:7
and in Isaiah 53: verses 5 to 11 we read "The fact is, it was our suffering he took on himself; he bore our pain. But we thought that God was punishing him, that God was beating him for something he did.  But he was being punished for what we did. He was crushed because of our guilt. He took the punishment we deserved, and this brought us peace. We were healed because of his pain.  We had all wandered away like sheep. We had gone our own way. And yet the Lord put all our guilt on him. He was treated badly, but he never protested. He said nothing, like a lamb being led away to be killed... He never opened his mouth to defend himself. He was taken away by force and judged unfairly... But he was put to death for the sins of his people.  He had done no wrong to anyone. He had never even told a lie. ...The Lord says, “My servant, who always does what is right, will make his people right with me; he will take away their sins."  Isaiah 53: 5~11
  • Jeremiah (lived sometime between 626-586 BC) told that the Messiah would be a descendant of King David.
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, a King who will reign wisely and do what is just and right in the land."        Jeremiah 23:5
  • Zechariah ( somewhat 500 B.C.) announced that the Messiah would enter Jerusalem riding a donkey and be betrayed for 30 pieces of silver,
"People of Jerusalem, shout with joy!Look, your king is coming to you!

    He is the good king who won the victory, but he is humble.
    He is riding on a donkey, on a young donkey born from a work animal."         Zechariah 9:9

" So they paid me 30 pieces of silver.  Then the Lord told me, “So that’s how much they think I’m worth. Throw that large amount of money into the Temple treasury"               Zechariah 11: 12,13

With these and other phophecies we almost get a graphic picture of Christ´s life and purpose, painted by different men who were led by the Spirit of God.

Does it make sense to you?
WE ARE ALL TRANSGRESSORS OF GOD'S HOLY LAW.
WE ARE ALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD.
WE ARE ENEMIES OF GOD.
We live by our own standards and ignore God's standards.

Christ was not just a man.
He was the Perfect God-Man, sinless,holy, that WAS ABLE TO fully KEEP GOD'S LAW in His heart, spirit, and body.
He came to this world as IMMANUEL, GOD WITH US, because HE volunteered to be everybody's Scapegoat.
He took the punishment of condemnation for our sinful, rebellious, disobedient nature. He took the punishment meant for us.

GOD IS HOLY. This means GOD ABHORRS SIN, He condems unrepented sinners.
GOD'S WRATH AGAINST SIN was PLACED ON HIS SON, so that ALL THOSE THAT REPENT, TRUST THEIR LIFE TO CHRIST AND TURN AWAY FROM WICKEDNESS, may LIVE ETERNALLY.

The Supreme Judge PREPARED A WAY TO RESCUE MEN, by accepting upon Himself the penalty deseved for men's rebellion.
Christ is our Substitute and the One that rescues from eternal death, all those that submit to Him.

Separation from God in HELL, a place of never ending tribulation IS THE WAGES OF THOSE THAT REJECT SALVATION IN CHRIST.
Those have chosen to meet Christ after death as THE SUPREME JUDGE OF EVERY TRANSGRESSOR.

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on them. John 3:36

Aprendendo sobre a Bíblia através de trabalho criativo- Learning about the Bible with artwork

Praising God with thankfulness, joy and assurance that He Listens to us and is pleased because we reach out to Him through Christ's merits and not our own ...it more than vocal skills can do.

THE BIG INVISIBLE WALL that separates us from God - O GRANDE MURO INVISÍVEL que nos separa de Deus

"Berlinermauer" by Noir at the German language Wikipedia. Licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0 via Wikimedia Commons

This photograph of the Berlin Wall was taken from the West side. The Wall was built in 1961 to prevent East Germans from fleeing and to stop an economically disastrous drain of workers to the West. It was a symbol of the Cold War and its fall in 1989 marked the approaching end of a war where there was little visible large scale fighting. Walls separate. We ourselves can build walls. We can willingly wall us in and cause other people to move away from us or we may be walled in without being aware of it by our words or decisions. Any way there is a BIG INVISIBLE WALL that SEPARATES US FROM GOD and from Eternity with Him. It is built by our rebellious, godless thoughts, attitudes, feelings, actions, our sins, even if we are unaware of it. The Berlin Wall was torn down by people to bring people from both sides together.  THE BIG INVISIBLE WALL cannot be torn down by people. This Big Wall exists, but since it IS SPIRITUAL, we are unable to see it or touch it. We are unable to pull it down with our hands. It remains in our lives, UNNOTICED, separating us from God, unless we ask JESUS, Emmanuel, GOD WITH US, to pull it down in our personal spiritual life. Just because you don’t see it, it doesn’t mean it isn’t there. It is precisely because it is there that you find it difficult to believe there is a Creator of everything and that a Big Personal Decision must be taken by you relating Him.
Are we going to decide to remain AWAY FROM GOD or are we going to SEARCH FOR HIM the same way we long for happiness and success throughout life? Which comes first for us? God’s Will or our will? HIS WAY or OUR WAY? HIS TERMS or OUR TERMS? Priorities in life define us. Do you wish to remain AT WAR WITH GOD? THE BIG INVISIBLE WAR is there in your life. Having a religion is not enough to pull it down. This separation CAN only BE PULLED DOWN by your decision to WELCOME CHRIST IN YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE. “the world was made through Him, yet the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own people did not receive Him. But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” Gospel of John 1:10-13

You don’t need to contact us, but you need to ask Christ to pull down The Big Invisible Wall that separates you from Him. CHRIST is God and Man too, GOD MADE VISIBLE with flesh, bones, muscles, skin, like you and me.
OBut He is the only person that was born with NO SIN in His DNA, because He has no human father. That makes JESUS THE ONLY MEDIATOR that can re-establish our FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD.
This huge invisible wall of separation we have been talking about is so real that many people don’t even understand they were CREATED IN GOD's IMAGE. They do not get it, They toss aside the reality we all are created by God and bear HIS UNIQUE SIGNATURE in our unique FINGERPRINTS and in our unique complex DNA code in our blood, nails, skin, teeth, hair…However, being created by God is not enough. You need to relate with Him as a Child, with no walls in between or GOD will remain away from you, still A FOREIGNER TO YOU. Hopefully Judgement Day will NOT be the day you first meet Him, because if it is, there will still be THE BIG WALL separating you from Him. In that case you will find out too late that “the wages of sin is death”, that is, eternal death, separation from God FOREVER, no going back. But now that you are reading this, you still have the opportunity to get to know the second part of Romans 8:23 “but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Agape is the kind of love granted by God to men.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Gospel of John 3: 16
God even loves people that will never reciprocate; they will never love Him back or accept His undeserved Gift of Eternal Life with Him.  But some will! Are you one of those?

 It’s up to us to make the decision to love Him as Saviour and also serve Him as Lord.
Where do you stand?

EU SOU.... I AM....

No Novo Testamento, JESUS DISSE....
1. Eu sou o pão da vida (João 6:35,41,48,51);
2. Eu sou a luz do mundo (Jo. 8:12);
3. Eu sou a porta das ovelhas (Jo. 10:7,9);
4. Eu sou o bom pastor (Jo.10:11,14);
5. Eu sou a ressurreição e a vida (Jo.11:25);
6. Eu sou o caminho, e a verdade e a vida (Jo.14:6);
7. Eu sou a videira verdadeira (Jo.15:1,5);
8.Antes que Abraão existisse, Eu Sou. (João 8:58);

No Velho Testamento, DEUS apresenta-se:

E disse Deus a Moisés: EU SOU O QUE SOU.
